Although I think location a risk factor for stroke

It's not a professional opinion
That I say I do not say it do not
Say it on rounds hands in pinion
Behind my back an elder in his cot
Half a smile colouring his teeth his eyes
Weary of tears from soiling himself wreath
Again failing to express urge he cries
For help the government offers just death
To poor folks who cannot afford relief
Within their means can't afford good healthcare
Because they lived in poor grandfather's brief
Death came gently in sleep and without fear
Father prays for a stroke-reward of peace
From death he too gratefully awaits peace
